Volvo is undergoing unprecedented change both in increasing sales volumes and in the technology and features included in our vehicles.
As part of our commitment to ensure that our Customers vehicle's are serviced and maintained to the same high standards applied at the time of manufacture, Volvo Car Australia provides a Volvo specific apprentice training program to provide young people entering the industry with skills consistent with those necessary to work on our cars.
The Volvo Modern Apprenticeship Programme has been structured to offer Apprentices a consistent and flexible learning programme that develops their skills to give them the best start to their career. Our objective is to provide the best possible learning environment within one centralised training centre.
Apprentices are employed by individual Dealers and the training is provided centrally from within our state of the art Training facility at North Ryde (NSW). Attendance is to a number of block release one week duration sessions over a period of three years.
