As part of our commitment to ensure that our Customers vehicle's are serviced and maintained to the same high standards applied at the time of manufacture, Volvo Car Australia provides a Volvo specific apprentice training program to provide young people entering the industry with skills consistent with those necessary to work on our cars.  

The Volvo Apprenticeship Programme has been structured to offer Apprentices a consistent and flexible learning programme that develops their skills to give them the best start to their career. Our objective is to provide the best possible learning environment within one centralised training centre.

Apprentices are employed by individual Dealers and the bespoke Volvo training is provided by an industry leading training provider from our state of the art Training facility at Lidcombe (NSW). Attendance is to a number of block releases of one week duration sessions over a period of three years.
