Miss Li

Anna Ternheim

Miss Li in her own words: Through the years (sounds like I'm really old=) I've been singing opera, musical, jazz, soul, pop, electro, blues, rock and even heavy-metal. The Miss Li music has become a combination of all those genres. I put a little bit of this and a little bit of that to make it sound like one. I haven't got any rules that I want to follow or pattern which I want to fit into. And to be honest, I don't care what I sound like as long as it's fun! And the day it isn't fun, I'll quit. I just want to put a smile on people's faces and hopefully give you guys a little inspiration to live and to do creative things in your lives! Well... I've got to stop this grown up talk now and just let you experience my music! Ciao.

Teddybears started off as a grindcore group in 1991, but has constantly brought surprising new turns to the Swedish music scene by reinventing themselves and mixing genres. The 2006 album Soft Machine is in itself a mash up of styles, touching on garage punk beats, electro, dancehall and krautrock and it also features a diverse list of guest vocalists, including Iggy Pop.

Petter in his own words: Successes and setbacks, mistakes and smart moves. I'm proud of everything I've done as an artist since my debut in 1998. And when I dropped out of school so I could concentrate on being a professional musician, I didn't dare to dream that I might still be here today. But I am. A little bit better, a little bit sharper, but still the same Petter – Darn!

Triumphant moments! Personal tragedies! A music business that's forever changing. Europe fans that never give up and who are keeping us in a job we love..... All these things have led us here today and given us inspiration for our new CD ""Last Look at Eden"". It feels like we've finally made a record again that has those special ingredients. Classic Europe melodies together with guitar and keyboard riffs that will grow and stay with you. And with experience, hopefully some lyrics that reflect what's going on in our world..... perhaps this time with a touch of humour and irony. After's only rock 'n’ roll.

Born in 1978 Anna Ternheim hails from Sweden and is a very well established singer-songwriter. Her songs are not written and arranged to a particular formula. There is melancholy and playfulness, ice-cold precision and warmth. Sometimes the arrangements are inviting, sometimes less accessible and more loosely defined. Anna appreciates the value of including elements that provide an edginess.

Actually, the album-title says it all: "Mustasch". Simple, straight forward and without compromise, according to the singer and band-leader Ralf Gyllenhammar’s vision. It’s an impressive CV the band has achieved: Five albums, a huge hit with "Double Nature", sold-out tours of Scandinavia, opening- and headline tours with Motörhead, Gluecifer and Volbeat in Europe, four Swedish Grammy Nominations whereof two Grammy Awards for "Best Metal Album".
