Complimentary Factory Scheduled Maintenance offers:
- Scheduled maintenance coverage for the first 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever occurs first.
- The first four regularly scheduled maintenance services at 7,500, 15,000, 22,500 and 30,000 mileage intervals.
- Covers all 2010 model year Volvo vehicles (MC31) sold by Volvo Cars Expat Sales

Complimentary Factory Scheduled Maintenance is honored at any authorized Volvo dealer in Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bosnia Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Rep., Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guam, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and the United States.
Coverage begins with the date the vehicle is delivered to the original purchaser or the original lessee, or on the date the vehicle is placed in service as a "demonstrator." This program is associated with the vehicle and cannot be transferred to another vehicle. Complimentary Factory Scheduled Maintenance is transferred automatically to subsequent owners of the vehicle within the program period.
Each recommended service must be performed within 1,500 miles of the normal service interval listed in the Warranty and Maintenance Records Information booklet. Service intervals missed by the owner will not be performed. An authorized Volvo dealer will perform the service that is appropriate for the mileage or age of the vehicle. Volvo recommends that you bring your vehicle in for service at least once a year regardless of mileage.
Items Not Covered:
- Wear items outlined in the Warranty and Maintenance Records Information booklet.
- Damage to the vehicle resulting from normal wear and tear or abuse.
- Vehicles severely damaged and/or declared to be total loss by an insurer.
- Severe operating conditions requiring additional services.
- Customer requested services or Volvo retailer suggested services not specified in the Volvo Warranty and Maintenance Records Information booklet.
Complimentary Factory Scheduled Maintenance Service Intervals:
First Service: 7500 MILES
- Check on-board diagnostic system
- Engine oil and filter replace
- Reset Service Reminder Indicator (SRI)
- Check / adjust engine coolant, power steering* and washer fluid levels
- Check all wiper blades
- Check brake fluid level
- Check brake pads
- Check tire pressure, wear and condition**
- Clean inside of windshield in front of camera (vehicles with camera for collision warning)
*No power steering fluid check on S40, V50, C70 and C30 models.
**Check spare tire pressure every two years.
Second Service: 15000 MILES
- Check on-board diagnostic system
Engine oil and filter replace
- Reset Service Reminder Indicator (SRI)
- Check / adjust engine coolant, power steering* and washer fluid levels
- Visual inspection of bevel gear (all wheel drive models only)
- Replace cabin air filter***
- Inspect convertible hardtop (C70 only)
- Clean inside of windshield in front of camera (vehicles with camera for collision warning)
- Check / adjust parking brake
- Check all wiper blades
- Check brake fluid level
- Check brake pads
- Check tire pressure, wear and condition**
* No power steering fluid check on S40, V50, C70 and C30 models.
** Check spare tire pressure every two years.

Third Service: 22,500 MILES
- Check on-board diagnostic system

- Check brake pads
- Check tire pressure, wear and condition**

Fourth Service: 36,000 MILES

- Check fuel and brake lines/hoses for damage or leaks
- Check / adjust engine coolant, power steering* and washer fluid levels
- Check battery fluid level and mounting (check morefrequently when driving in severe climates)
- Visual inspection of bevel gear (all wheel drive models only)
- Replace cabin air filter***
- Inspect convertible hardtop (C70 only)
- Clean inside of windshield in front of camera (vehicles with camera for collision warning)
- Check / adjust parking brake
- Check all wiper blades
- Check brake fluid level
