Immediate alert
If anyone tries to break into your car, the Volvo On Call service is automatically alerted. The operator first makes a call to the car’s integrated phone. If an unauthorised person is using your car, our team member will notify you immediately.

Recover your stolen car
If your car is stolen, we can track it via satellite. The Volvo On Call operator will be able to determine the car’s location regardless whether it’s being driven or transported by any other method.

Track-and-stop
To make it easier to recover your car, it can be remotely immobilised. That means that once stopped, it will be impossible to start the engine unless the call centre unblocks it. The extent of this service varies between different markets.
