Are you a perfect match for us?

We have identified some key qualities that we look for and require in every new employee. We have already emphasized the value of team work. Diverse thinking is just as important to build a dynamic and fruitful organization. In a good team worker we see a person who is open-minded as well as driven and focused, who is committed yet considerate, who is courageous and creative and looks for new ways and solutions but is also responsive in a group and values integrity.

Adisa Sunja
The best part of my job is that is so unpredictable! Every day is
different. We have a lot of work but also lots of laughter. I work
as a purchaser within Cockpit and Climate and you could say I am responsible
for purchasing everything behind the steering wheel.

I’m passionate about human focus and it’s a challenge to get into the customers
minds and wishes and constantly aim for getting better at it. I’ve always
been interested in cars so I feel I’m in the very right place. And working with HMI
(Human Machine Interaction), is like hitting a bull’s eye.
