On May 18, it was once again time for the Volvo Cars employees in possession of hobby vehicles to show these at the so-called Volvo
Cars Vehicle Meet.
Blue and white collar enthusiasts from all over the company, and curious visitors from other nearby companies, got together in a friendly and nice atmosphere and discussed automotive history, technical matters and the joy of a owning a classic vehicle during the day, without the mentioning of projects, lead times, development or budget plans at all.
Volvo Cars Heritage showed up in a Volvo 1800E – one of the Essen exhibition cars – and took an active part in the activities by informing about past and coming events. The enthusiasts behind this excellent initiative are VCC engineers Hans-Göran Milding and Richard Andersson.

Volvo Cars Heritage used the goldbrown metallic 1800E – now well-known to VCH friends – for the meeting.
