Il cerchio delle vita

L'intero lavoro di ricerca svolto da Volvo sui crash test si basa su una filosofia della sicurezza che i nostri ingegneri definiscono il "cerchio della vita".

1 – Incidenti della vita reale

Volvo è una delle poche case automobilistiche a disporre di una propria unità di ricerca sugli incidenti. Fin dal 1970, il team ha studiato oltre 40.000 incidenti accaduti ad auto Volvo. Essere informati salva la vita.

2 – Requisiti per la sicurezza

Volvo è sempre stata leader nel settore della sicurezza e tutti i veicoli Volvo moderni soddisfano ampiamente gli attuali requisiti di legge imposti dai governi alle case automobilistiche.

3 – Sviluppo dei prodotti

City Safety

L'avanzato sistema anticollisione City Safety è un'innovazione di serie Volvo concepita per una guida più sicura nel traffico urbano. A velocità fino a 30 km/h, questa tecnologia basata sull'uso dei laser, che controlla il traffico che precede la vettura e rileva una collisione imminente, aziona automaticamente i freni e disattiva la farfalla se non si frena per attenuare gli effetti di una collisione.

Driver Alert Control

Il Driver Alert Control richiama l'attenzione dei conducenti stanchi o distratti a velocità superiori a 65 km/h. Utilizzando i segnali di una telecamera digitale, il sistema monitora la strada e i movimenti del volante e rileva un eventuale comportamento che si discosta dal normale stile di guida. Se il vostro comportamento di guida mostra segni di sonnolenza o distrazione, ricevete un segnale acustico e un messaggio viene visualizzato sul quadro strumenti.

Rilevamento pedoni con frenata automatica

A velocità fino a 35 km/h, l'innovativo sistema di rilevamento dei pedoni di Volvo può rilevare la presenza di un pedone che si trovi improvvisamente davanti alla vostra auto.
