Your Day at the Factory Delivery Center

	Arrival A Volvo representative will greet you at the Landvetter airport or Gothenburg ferry terminal and drive you to the Factory Delivery Center. You are the guest of honour and your day of unique atmosphere, service and excitement has only just begun.
	Check-in Once at the home of Volvo you are welcomed by our English-speaking staff. Refreshments will be served and you will have time to relax and enjoy the exclusively designed facilities including showers, Internet, luggage storage, accessories shop and interesting Volvo exhibits.
	Delivery You are introduced to your personal delivery expert who will smooth your way through the process. First a quick review of the necessary documentation, then it’s time to familiarise yourself with your new Volvo in a stylish showroom setting. You will also have the opportunity to choose from a wide range of attractive accessories at special prices.
	Lunch For a first taste of Sweden, allow us to serve you our famous meatballs.

Charles and Gwendolyn Williams went from Kaiserslautern in Germany to the Volvo Factory Delivery Center in Gothenburg, Sweden, to pick up their brand new customized Volvo S80 T6 AWD.

The Factory Delivery Center in the "home of Volvo" in Gothenburg delivers cars to military customers almost every day – most of them stationed in Germany, arriving with the ferry from Kiel. Charles and Gwendolyn Williams from Florida – based in Kaiserslautern since three years – decided to take advantage of the Volvo Cars Military Sales program.

Charles and Gwendolyn Williams from Florida Williams were greeted at the entrance hall by the Volvo Representative Pelle Hanson who introduced them to their customized Volvo S80 T6 AWD. Within the Volvo Military Program, US Military members stationed overseas can enjoy substantial benefits with great savings on extra luxury equipment.

"There are so many great details in this car", Charles comments. "One of my favorites will definitely be the ventilation in the seats, sometimes during hot summer days the regular air conditioning is just not enough. Above that, the safety is really what makes Volvo stand out from the other brands." Gwendolyn adds: "This car really gives a solid feel, like the sound when you close a door. You immediately understand it's a quality car."
