Volvo Cars Belgium (www.volvocars.be) is responsible for Sales, Marketing and Customer Service of the complete car range of Volvo within Belgium and Luxemburg. Volvo Cars Belgium, together with their 35 dealers, wants to exceed the expectations of the customer in the field of security, quality, respect for the environment and the attractive design. Volvo Cars in Brussels employs 65 people and realizes 14000 cars. The Business Service Center Warranty, which is organized in a European context, works in a virtual team with members working in different locations in Europe. They provide services such as warranty budget control, claims handling, warranty administration and auditing. They aim to improve more cross border synergies, increasing integration and alignment, developing more effective ways of working together between headquarters and sales units.
