This oil has been specially engineered by Castrol together with Volvo to meet special demands with regard to service life, starting characteristics and fuel consumption

Did you know your Volvo has the world’s best air quality system? And the cabin filter we change for you is not just any filter...

The filter that absorbs even the smallest particles

Every Volvo with IAQS, Interior Air Quality System, has a Multi-Carbon filter that saves yourself and your passengers from inhaling particles, pollen and harmful gases

The cabin filter should be replaced at every scheduled service or once a year

If it gets clogged, inhaling of unfiltered pollutants could compromise health and well-being

Volvo Genuine Cabin filters are specially developed to precisely match tour Volvo’s systems and the conditions in the vehicle, with optimum filter media and exactly aligned fit and seal, and consistent filtration performance throughout the entire service life

In a test, Volvo’s filter absorbed as much as 90% of the smallest particles (0.3-0.5 micrometre), while the competitors’ products only absorbed 30%

If they should need changing, you should know that we’re sillily meticulous about brakes. And there are some very good reasons for that. The best of them is you.

Your brakes need to match your car perfectly:

A Volvo has extremely advanced safety systems. But even the smartest safety system can’t fully compensate for the unknown properties of, for example, non-genuine brake parts. Volvo Genuine brakes are guaranteed to interact perfectly with your Volvo’s software.

About 60 people work full-time with brake development at Volvo Cars. It takes a year, with 10-20,000 man-hours, to develop and test the brake parts for a given car model.

The material of the brake pads must have the exact right formula to offer the right friction, hardness and elasticity, and the brake discs must be exactly dimensioned

Volvo tests brakes first in a test rig, then in special cars full of test equipment, then in field tests in different climates. The toughest is the Alp test, in which a car pulling a trailer uses its brakes all the way down a several kilometre long Alpine road.

With Volvo Service 2.0, your car is not only serviced and checked on the inside, it’s also clean and cared for on the outside.
	YOU WILL ALWAYS GET A PERSONAL CONTACT PERSON WHO IS DEDICATED TO YOU With Volvo Service 2.0 you always have your own personal service contact, who is specially trained by Volvo and who can answer your questions. Your personal service contact stands by to book an appointment for service for you or to order other work, such as tyre changes or car care.
	WE WILL EXTEND YOUR VOLVO ASSISTANCE FOR ONE YEAR AT NO EXTRA CHARGE In conjunction with the Volvo Genuine Service, we’ll extend your Volvo Assistance for one additional year at no extra charge. Volvo Assistance means that in case of breakdown, you can get help around the clock, almost anywhere in New Zealand. Whether it’s fixing a flat tyre or compensation for accommodation costs while the car is being repaired.
