Executive Chef Christopher Bell from renowned cooking school, Palate Sensations, will show you how easily it's done so you can create it at home and serve it to your guests. At this demonstration session, you will learn to put together a variety of gourmet canapes including vittello tonnato (chilled veal served with tuna sauce), pancetta with confit potatoes and salmon gravelax with pickled cucumber. Also, learn about the processes behind curing your own cold meats and how to complement and plate your servings for that perfect party starter.
