As a Volvo Sales Consultant you will support our customers throughout their buying journey – from their first point of contact with the retailer to the moment they take delivery of their new car. You will have the skills to get to know the customer and quickly understand exactly what they are looking for. Throughout the buying journey, you will provide accurate and relevant product information, demonstrate features and benefits in line with a customer’s needs and expectations, and inspire them to make a purchase.
As a premium brand, our customers will expect a premium buying experience. So, as a Volvo Sales Consultant, you must be knowledgeable and passionate about customer service. You must also be motivated, eager to learn and have the capacity to grow your skills and knowledge as the Volvo product range develops and expands.
