As a Volvo Service Advisor, you are working in a fast moving environment, supporting both the technical team and Volvo customers. You need to have an understanding of both the vehicle and customer needs, interpreting customer instructions and being able to pass this information through to the technicians effectively. You will give advice to customers on work required on their Volvo, and sell additional products and services where appropriate.
