Volvo in Eastbourne are celebrating the fact they have won a prestigious regional award for their work with the Motability Car Scheme for the second time.
The accolade is part of a programme of awards launched last year by Motability Operations. The awards recognise outstanding customer service provided by local Motability dealerships and its aim is to ensure all customers enjoy an exemplary experience across the national network.
The awards are judged on many aspects of the dealership’s operations, which are assessed by customer feedback and reviews of their performance. Winners are automatically entered into the annual national awards, which announce its winners at the beginning of the following year. Peter Wilson, General Manager Dealer Relations at Motability Operations, elaborates: “The focus of these awards is to thank our dealer partners for providing a consistently positive customer service experience, after all, they are often the first point of contact for our customers. It’s important for us to recognise our dealer partners who go above and beyond when representing the Motability Scheme and highlight those who are setting a great example of how to do it well, like Volvo. Many congratulations to them on their award.”

We look forward to continuing our award-winning approach to business and customer service and to welcoming many more Motability customers through our doors in 2016.” The Motability Scheme is available to anyone who receives the Higher Rate Mobility Component of the Disability Living Allowance, the Enhanced Rate of Mobility Component of Personal Independence Payment, War Pensioners’ Mobility Supplement or Armed Forces Independence Payment. They can exchange their weekly payment to lease a new car through the scheme.

2016 was another successful year for Caffyns Volvo and we are proud to announce that our success and hard work has been recognised and awarded by Volvo themselves.
On Saturday 4th February the sales team at Caffyns Volvo Eastbourne were shortlisted and awarded as league winners of the "Best YoY New Car Sales Growth 2016". The awards ceremony took place at the iconic Landing Forty Two venue at the Leadenhall Building in London (or more commonly known as The Cheesegrater).
The award was given to Caffyns Volvo due to our dealership providing the best year on year sales growth. After all of the hard work put in by all of our staff at Caffyns Volvo Eastbourne we are extremely pleased to be receiving this award and look forward to the ongoing success we hope to achieve in the future.
