We currently have a vacancy for a Technician to join our highly skilled team at Volvo Cars Poole.
Working within a state-of-the-art workshop and with highly advanced technology, you’ll have the diagnostic skills and expertise to repair and service the full range of Volvo models. You will enjoy problem solving as well as dealing with customers. Attention to detail is essential and you will take pride in producing quality of work efficiently. The ideal candidate will have 2 years’ experience as a Technician within a main dealer.

We have an opportunity to join our team as a as Volvo Product Genius. The key responsibilities of this role will include, advising customers of technology benefits of Volvo Cars, facilitating and assisting with test drives, photography of used cars, weekend hosting of the showroom and general support with technological aspects of Volvo cars with customers and staff.
The role is full time working Friday to Tuesday with Wednesday and Thursday as days off and paying a salary of £18,000 - £20,000 per annum.
Previous experience in a customer facing role is required however experience in sales or the motor trade is not as full training will be given. What we are looking for is an individual who has exceptional understanding of technology, great customer service skills along with a good understanding of communications methods and a positive can do attitude.
