Whilst we were on holiday last week, we had a problem with our Volvo V70, which is only a little over a year old. It was losing power and mis-firing. We took it to your facility in Kempsey and were somewhat surprised and delighted with the response we got from service reception
The car was tested almost immediately and the problem was found. Booked in for repair 2 days later, but what was so noticeable was the friendliness of all the staff
In particular Sarah, on service reception, went out of her way to book us in for lunch, at a restaurant in Worcester, that was prepared to let us take our dog as well, whilst the repair took place, something that could have presented quite a problem for us
We were kept well up-to-date with the car’s progress, which resulted in very little disruption to our holiday
Overall, this is quite the best, franchised garage we have ever used. This is a real feather in Volvo’s cap.
