As from 1st August 2006, there will be two available payment options:
1) £300 annual charge (plus VAT)
2) £25 per call (plus VAT). A "call" covers one issue only. Requests for help with an unrelated issue would be counted as a separate call for charging purposes.
If your site hasn't already subscribed to the annual charge, then the Helpdesk will ask you to provide details for invoicing purposes.
The IT Helpdesk service is available 08:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
Notes: Volvo Cars IT reserve the right to change the charging structure and costs at any time.
