On completion of your apprenticeship we will then plan your next development activities to continue your professional development within the Volvo business. One example of this is that techicians who complete the NVQ Level 3 will qualify at Volvo Level 2 - this then gives you a development plan through Level 2, 3 and ultimately Level 4 Master Technician if that's your ambition.
