When you start on the Volvo Advanced Apprenticeship Programme, you will receive a full induction programme. This has been designed to give you an overview of the history and background of the programme, together with a clear understanding of the opportunities it offers you.
We will discuss practical matters like course content and qualifications, as well as introducing the management structure you’ll be working in. So you’ll know who everyone is, what they do, and who to turn to if you need help or advice.
We’ll also discuss things like our personal development programme, and show you pictures of previous courses, so you know what to expect. You’ll have plenty of opportunity to ask questions, and we’ll make sure you leave the induction well-prepared and ready to start work.
