If you are outgoing, quick thinking and enjoy meeting new people, then becoming a Aftersales Advisor would be a great choice. If you are more technically minded, you will find great opportunities open to you as a Service Technician.
Whichever route you choose, you will find the same high level of training and support, enabling you to reach your potential and develop a great career.

Service Technician
Volvo Service Technicians are responsible for all aspects of vehicle repair and maintenance. This includes everything from routine servicing to advanced fault diagnostics using the very latest high-tech equipment. The training you receive on this course is second to none and will provide you with an excellent base on which to build a successful and fulfilling career.
Qualification
At the end of the course, you will achieve a Volvo Level 2 qualification & a Level 3 NVQ & VRQ in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. This valuable qualification is recognised and respected across the industry.
Body & Paint Technician
If you choose to go on and specialise in this area, you will receive full training in advanced accident damage repair, using the very latest skills and equipment.
Qualification
Body and Paint is divided into two different areas, on successful completion you will achieve a Level 3 NVQ in Vehicle Body Repair or Paint re-finishing.
Aftersales Advisor
As a Volvo Aftersales Advisor, you will receive training in a very wide range of customer service and technical areas. Aftersales Advisors play a central role in the life of Volvo Dealers and this is a demanding and rewarding position.
Qualification
You will achieve a Level 2 NVQ & VRQ in Customer Service which is a nationally recognised qualification.
