All drivers must have held a full EU/UK driving licence for a minimum of 1 year |

The policyholder or their partner* must be the owner and registered keeper of the vehicle |

The policyholder or the named driver must not have been convicted of any drink, drug related or reckless driving offence |

The policyholder or any named driver must not have been banned from driving for a period of 3 months or longer in the past 5 years |

If a policy amendment is made mid-term, this should fit within the eligibility criteria for the customer to continue taking advantage of this offer. The policyholder will pay any additional premium that may be incurred. No return premium will be provided |

TS10 Failing to comply with traffic light signals
TS20 Failing to comply with double white lines

* “Partner” means the partner or husband or wife of the policyholder living at the same address as the policyholder and sharing financial responsibility. This does not include business partners or associates.
