The services must be carried out at a Volvo Authorised Repairer by Volvo Approved Technicians. Where the work is carried out outside the UK, the customer must pay for the work and retain receipts for reimbursement by VCUK.
The retail Service Offer is for 3 years or when your car’s mileage reaches 3 times your service interval,† whichever is sooner. Maximum of 3 services.
The retail offer is only available at the time of purchase of the vehicle.
Services must be carried out in line with the manufacturer’s service schedules (copies of which are available on request), which may be updated from time to time according to manufacturer’s instructions. A maximum allowance of 1,000 miles either side of the stipulated service schedule mileage or four weeks either side of the stipulated time period is permitted.
The Service Offer includes parts and labour for all scheduled services. Parts included in the offer are: oil filter, engine oil, diesel fuel filter, diesel particulate filter, pollen filter, brake fluid, air filter, spark plugs and washer fluid. Owners are responsible for topping up the various fluids and coolant in between services.
Brake fluid will be replaced at the end of the 2nd year of ownership. Wear and tear items such as brake pads, discs, bulbs, wiper blades and tyres are not included.
The Service Offer is not available on vehicles that have undergone any form of aftermarket unapproved tuning or performance enhancement and excludes all non-scheduled service work and accident damage.
The Service Offer is only applicable to Volvo S60 saloons first registered in the customer’s name on or after 1st April 2008 and 30th June 2008.
The Service Offer is transferable to subsequent owners of the car but not transferable to another car. No refund is available if the services are not used. Volvo reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.

† For vehicles with 12,500 mile service intervals this is 37,500 miles, for vehicles with 18,000 mile service intervals this is 54,000 miles.
