For example, we spend all day, every day, working on Volvos; our technicians are trained to know their tiniest details; we have the special tools required to work on your car; if it isn’t running as it should, we have the dedicated diagnostic equipment to identify the problem, and put it right; and if we can’t solve the problem, we have instant recourse to Volvo’s technical experts.
And we recognise that sometimes things do go wrong. Your car is covered by a 3-year/60,000 mile manufacturer’s warranty – which means our dealers will carry out any warranty work required on your car within that period with no hassle, and no cost to you. We may need to tell you if there is something that we need to fix on your car – special service actions, software upgrades, and maybe sometimes a recall. Unfortunately, independent workshops can’t do these things, so please be sure to use a Volvo dealer
