Volvo was considering the environmental impact of cars long before it was fashionable. It's a way of thinking that means we're arguably the world's most environmentally conscientious, major car producer. For example, we invented the catalytic converter, our cars contain no CFCs or asbestos and our emissions are among the lowest in the premium car sector. And with up to 85% of each Volvo car being recyclable, we're minimising the impact that today's models will have in 10 or 20 years time.
