Job Summary:
The Network Performance Manager position is the driving force behind the VCNA Network performance and growth strategy including all aspects of retailer business planning, operating standards and financial guidelines. Functional scope is focused on retailer performance improvement in all business areas with emphasis on sales effectiveness, customer satisfaction, profitability and standards compliance.
Principal Responsibilities:
• Develops and Leads Volvo Margin Strategy to maximize retailer performance and growth.
• Develops and leads Annual Retailer Business Planning Process and follow up.
• Develops and leads Volvo Retailer Improvement Process (i.e. VRIP/Bottom Quartile).
• Leads and manages Retailer Operating Standards & Guidelines update and deployment process.
• Develops, consolidates and automates KPI reporting processes including reporting.
• Develops and deploys Retailer Performance Dashboard.
• Actively supports Regions with retailer performance analysis and continuous improvement.
• Analyzes and reports monthly Network financial & operational performance.
• Identifies financial trends that will help maximize Retailer profitability.
• Manages VCNA President’s Club Program.
• Monitors, analyzes and reports best practices supporting accurate & timely Retailer Financial Statement submissions.
• Develops and produces Network Segmentation Performance reports.
• Develops pro-forma financial and working capital analysis as necessary.
• Develops and leads training programs to improve Region competencies related to Retailer Business Management.
• Develops ad-hoc network performance and financial reports as necessary.
• Supports VCNA Network Development Business Planning Process.
• Serves as primary interface with VCNA’s Business Management and President’s Club vendor partners.
Job Specifications, Competencies and Abilities:
• Strong understanding of Dealership Retail Operations and Business/ Financial management practices which is usually acquired through at least 5 years combined experience as a Market Manager and Aftersales Market Manager or corporate financial/ operations positions.
• Broad knowledge of retailer financial management, analysis and development, which is typically acquired through a combination of a four year college degree, master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 5 years of Financial Management experience.
• Excellent knowledge of VCNA and Retailer Programs & Business Practices which is generally acquired through a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related field.
Demonstrated leader/self- starter who works well under tight deadlines to deliver highest quality output.
• Analytical with the ability to drive continuous improvement with data-supported recommendations.
• Ability to analyze issues and data systematically, identify trends and utilize this information to develop strategy.
• Strong consulting skills with ability to gain trust and respect of colleagues & Retailers and provide advice & counsel.
• Team-oriented and dedicated with the ability to motivate effective cross functional collaboration.
• Excellent presentation skills.

Market Manager – Southern Region Sales Location: Florida
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for leading the Market Team to ensure that the Market objectives and Retailer targets in volume and profitability are met in both Sales and Aftersales. Define Retailer Improvement programs based on Annual Business Plan.
Principal Responsibilities:
• Establish market goals and direction for Market team.
• Work with and provide guidance to Retailer Principal to achieve Retailer objectives.
• Help to define network-planning requirements to meet capacity requirements.
• Develop Retailer and market team strategy to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage and prioritize Market Team activities to align wholesale, retail and aftersales objectives.
• Consult regularly with Retailer Principals to ensure actions and programs that will result in meeting targets and plans.
• Solicit Retailer input and provide to Regional Vice President.
• Address and resolve cases of extreme customer dissatisfaction.
• Ensure Retailer capacity is in-line with market potential.
• Work with Retailer's sales departments to meet sales targets and grow market share.
• Manage market implementation of Volvo sales and marketing programs, activities, standards, support, tools and product training.
• Advise Retailer personnel of incentive programs and assist where required.

Job Specifications:
Knowledge:
• Broad knowledge of Wholesale Sales, Distribution, Business Management and Marketing experience, which is usually acquired through a combination of education (Bachelors Degree, or equivalent experience), Masters degree preferred, and at least 7-10 years of Business Management experience.
Competencies/Abilities:
• Strong leadership abilities (coaching, teaching, developing others) – demonstrated success.
• Results oriented – works towards goals, setting high standards for self and others.
• Ability to analyze issues and data systematically and utilize this information to develop strategy.
