Should the technician not be able to solve your problem telephonically or carry out a roadside repair, the Volvo Assist technician is responsible for transporting the occupants to their home or other suitable accommodation. The above-mentioned arrangements will be made by an Assist call centre agent while the AA (Automobile Association of South Africa) ensures your vehicle is recovered and taken to the nearest Volvo Dealership.
All new vehicles automatically qualify for Volvo Roadside Assistance without any additional cost. The S80 and XC90 have a 5-year cover and the S40,V50,S60,V70,C70 and XC70 a 3-year cover.
Your Volvo Roadside Assistance card will be delivered to you approximately 12 weeks after the month you take delivery of your new Volvo.
