Volvo Maintenance Plan
The Volvo Maintenance Plan is provided for your peace of mind. This plan provides you with full maintenance servicing during the first 5 years or 100 000km, whichever occurs first. It is important to keep your vehicle maintained at the prescribed intervals to prevent premature wear and tear on key components. As such, we require that your vehicle is serviced within 1500 km of the specified service interval, otherwise your service and warranty conditions will be affected.
NB!! Terms and conditions for the Volvo Plan are detailed in the Volvo Plan contract signed at delivery of your new Volvo.
To retain the full benefits of the Volvo Service and Warranty Plan, it is important that you adhere to the service requirements stipulated in the Volvo Service and Warranty booklet.
Service Intervals
Regular servicing & maintenance is critical for the ongoing safety and reliability of your Volvo. The prescribed Volvo Service intervals are specified below:
- PETROL ENGINES require regular servicing every 20 000 km or every 12 months from the initial date of purchase/delivery.
- DIESEL ENGINES require regular servicing every 10 000 km or every 12 months from the initial date of purchase/delivery.
Maintenance and repairs must always be conducted by an approved Volvo Dealer. All services are performed by skilled technicians in authorised Volvo workshops using only genuine, original Volvo parts.
