Connect to Internet
The car must be connected to the Internet in order to be able to download, update or uninstall apps. For information on how to connect the car to the Internet, see Connect to the Internet via mobile phone (Bluetooth) or Connect to the Internet via mobile phone (Wi-Fi).
The apps are downloaded automatically when the car is connected to the Internet. The apps load (are updated) each time that they are started, which means that an Internet connection is required each time an app is used.
Press the connection button twice.
A list of the apps you have installed in the car is shown.
Press on the app you want to open.
If an update is available, the app will update automatically when it is opened if the car has an Internet connection.
Available selection of apps is dependent on the market and on whether the services are supported by Volvo's third party suppliers. One or more apps may not be available on the market in which the car is sold or used.
Some apps require that you register your details with the app supplier or the service provider. You are informed about this when you start the app. Follow the onscreen instructions to register your details or use an existing account to log in.
