Volvo ID

Volvo ID is a personal ID that gives access to a wide range of Volvo services both online and in your car.

The article applies to the V40, V70, XC70 and S80 from and including model year 2015 up to and including 2019; as well as the S60, V60 and XC60 from and including model year 2014 up to and including 2018. Volvo ID is a personal login comprising a username (email address/mobile number) and a password. Volvo ID is used when you log in to certain connected services. For information on how to set up a Volvo ID, see Create and register a Volvo ID .

    Why have a Volvo ID?

    A Volvo ID consists of a username and a password and it gives you access to Volvo's different services.

    Note

    When you change the username/password for a service (e.g. Volvo On CallOnly applies to Volvo On Call markets.) it will also be changed automatically for other services that require a Volvo ID.
