Booking service with the Volvo Cars app*

Service can be scheduled in the Volvo Cars app.1

Book service

In the SuSi-21w22-VOC app icon car tab, tap Maintenance.
Select Book service.
Select a workshop to perform the service.
Select any additional services2 you would like to purchase, e.g. air conditioning check.
Enter a date and time for service and indicate if you would like a courtesy car3. Some workshops can also offer pick-up and delivery of the vehicle.1
Fill in comments, if any, and confirm the booking.
Select if you would like to add the booking to the calendar.

When a service has been booked, this will be shown under Maintenance in the SuSi-21w22-VOC app icon car tab.

Click on the booking to:
  • see details about the booking
  • send the workshop address to the vehicle's navigation system, Sensus Navigation*4
  • save the booking in the calendar (with option to add a reminder)
  • cancel the service
  • contact the workshop via email or phone.

Service messages in the Volvo Cars app

When it is time for the vehicle to be serviced, this will be shown in the Volvo Cars app
  • with a message in the SuSi-21w22-VOC app icon home tab
  • under Maintenance in the SuSi-21w22-VOC app icon car tab.

While the vehicle is being serviced, the estimated completion time is shown in the Volvo Cars app.
