Volvo On Call is a built-in assistance system that works together with an app to allow you to control your Volvo remotely. With the Volvo On Call with Sensus Connect app you can lock your vehicle, read the instrument panel and precondition the vehicle via ERS – Engine Remote Start. Volvo On Call is an additional service that you as a customer can subscribe to. The subscription consists of roadside assistance, emergency assistance and security services. The services included in the subscription can vary depending on region. Contact your Volvo dealer for information about which services apply to your country.

Volvo On Call gives you access to service center personnel who are ready 24 hours a day to send appropriate help to your position in an emergency or when you encounter problems out on the road.

Volvo On Call also includes theft warning in case anyone tries to break into your car, and it is also possible to trace your Volvo using GPS if it is stolen.
