Changed start/stop symbols

The start/stop function switches off the engine temporarily at a standstill and then starts it automatically when it is needed.

Previously, a message was shown in the tachometer when the function was available. This has been replaced with the following symbols when the function is available:

19w17 - Support site - Symbol Stop/Start inactive

White – Displayed in the tachometer when the function is available.

19w17 - Support site - Symbol Stop/Start active

Green – Shown in the tachometer when the function is active and the engine is auto-stopped.

19w17 - Support site - Symbol Stop/Start not available

Gray – When the symbol is grayed out with a line through it, the function is not available.

If no symbol is shown, the function is switched off.

19w17 - Support site - Start Stop in circle symbol in gauge

The function is active and the engine is auto-stopped.
