Drive modes for every occasion
We’ve engineered our Twin Engine plug-in hybrid models to meet the discerning needs of our drivers. With a range of drive modes to choose from you will glide through your day in Pure mode, zoom through it in Power mode, or maximise efficiency with Hybrid mode.
In Pure mode your car uses only electric power. A fully charged battery will enable many people the possibility to commute to and from work every day in Pure mode, thereby eliminating emissions and saving on fuel costs.
In Hybrid mode your Twin Engine model uses the electric motor and the internal combustion engine to best effect, maximizing efficiency while minimizing emissions. Hybrid mode is optimal for most driving conditions.
When the desire for a more sporty driving experience strikes you, choose Power mode. It combines the power of the electric motor and the combustion engine to deliver a truly high-performance driving experience.

What is the pure electric range of a plug-in hybrid?
Our Twin Engine plug-in hybrids are designed to meet the average daily commuting need. Range will of course vary depending upon model, driving style, topography and road conditions. The main benefit of a plug-in hybrid is that you always have the petrol engine as back-up between charges, so range is never an issue.
How and where do I recharge my car?
Most people charge their cars at home overnight, with a charging wall box in their carport or garage. Others have the possibility to charge their car at work or at public charging stations, which are becoming increasingly easy to find.
How long does it take to charge the battery?
Charging time depends greatly upon the source of power and the amperage it delivers. You will find specific charging times in the technical specifications for each available electrified model.
