To support Volvo retailers, and help ensure they provide a safe environment and experience for you and their team, we have provided guidelines based on advice from health professionals that can help limit exposure to the virus. These guidelines relate to both the facilities and cars.

They are taking multiple steps to minimize health risks to their team mates including enhanced cleaning procedures.

The Customer Care and Retailer Support teams continue to function normally. They have strong contingency plans in place, and robust technology that will allow them to run their operations remotely if necessary. The Roadside Assistance remains fully operational and the retail partners can be contacted as normal.
