Users signed up with a third-party e-mobility service provider may receive limited support from Volvo support regarding Plug & Charge.
If you have problems related to Plug & Charge, try to reconnect the charging cable to your car.
If the problems still persist, do the following:
In the centre display, press the car symbol and go to Settings.
Go to Charging > Plug & Charge and check that there is a contract certificate installed in your car.
- If there is a contract certificate, contact your e-mobility service provider to make sure that there are no issues with the contract.
- If there is no contract certificate, follow all of the activation instructions again included in Activating Plug & Charge.
If Plug & Charge isn't working after a workshop visit, it may be because the contract certificate was removed from your car. Follow the activation instructions again to install a new certificate.
