Volvo launches its first showroom in Nonthaburi under the concept
“Volvo Personal Service (VPS)” experience

To emphasize its leading position as a Swedish car brand, Volvo Car Thailand joins forces with MW Motor One Co., Ltd. to launch the first authorized Volvo Cars Showroom in Nonthaburi Province, tapping to target consumers in metropolitan area outside Bangkok. Designed under the concept “Volvo Retail Experience (VRE)” to exhibit a warm, welcoming atmosphere and respond to the needs of new-gen of consumers who are passionate about technology, safety, and environment. The new showroom features its exclusive “Volvo Personal Service (VPS)” to offer best-in-class services and customer experience for the millennial generation.

MW Motor One in cooperation with Volvo Car Thailand opens the new Volvo showroom, which is the first Volvo authorized showroom and service center in Nonthaburi Province and designed under concept “Volvo Retail Experience (VRE)” to highlight a warm Swedish welcome, celebrating Scandinavian design with clean lines. The VRE design concept is based on 4 pillars: Contemporary Luxury Experience, to offer another standard of service quality and confidence to all clients; Understanding, to meet all client’ needs; Interaction, to build good relations between staff and customers; and Wellbeing, to provide an enjoyment every time the clients come to the showroom.
With a functional area of 1,200 sqm, the 1-storey Volvo Showroom in Nonthaburi comprises of 2 main zones- The first is Showroom Area which is designed on the basis of ‘Warm on the Inside’ concept, using frosted-glass walls to enhance privacy during daytime and create a clean look at night. The building facades are decorated with LED lights for a modernized character. A highlight of the area is the Living Room – a large living area can be a peaceful oasis for all visitors. Natural-tone finishes give a sense of relaxation, with a full-range of facilities including Wi-Fi internet and mini bars that serve delicious snacks and beverages all through the day.
The Service Area is ready for customers to bring their cars for maintenance and checkups. Specialists and the service team will manage appointment bookings and return with an exact time. Clients can also check maintenance costs in advance. Technicians in the multi-skilled team can offer all-in-one services with direct contact with the client, to update their maintenance process- resulting in a higher service standard and increased customer satisfaction.
