Volvo Car Thailand launches LINE Official Account

for enhanced, faster and more convenient customer service.

Volvo Car (Thailand) continues to innovate by introducing new ways to connect with customers through all available channels. The latest is the announcement of the launch of the LINE Official Account, which adds a modern, real-time, and convenient communication method for all customers. The new LINE Official Account allows customers to order new cars, inquire about after-sales service, as well as make appointments to request a test-drive with just the touch of a finger.






Mr. Jean-David Harel, Marketing Director of Volvo (Thailand), explained “that Volvo Car Thailand pursue its digital strategy to deliver an excellent digital customer journey and ease the direct interaction in-between Volvo and Thai consumers. We want to give the least complicated access to our product, price information and offers, to make test-drive request fast and simple and, for Volvo owners, to provide them the latest news about us and our services, such as the Customer Lifetime Parts Warranty. Through LINE, we are now capable to interact better and faster with Thai consumers and deliver a more customized and personalized contents which matters to each Volvo LINE family member. We launched Volvo Car Thailand LINE in May 19th and we are now very happy to have more than 20 000 friends.”


It also gives customers the opportunity to reserve a Volvo XC40 T5 R-Design, only in Fusion Red Metallic and Bursting Blue Premium Metallic, via "LINE MyShop" at the special price of just 2.19 million baht (normal price 2.49 million baht) from today until 30 June 2020 and delivery by 30 June 2020 only (limited number of cars and conditions as specified by the company).

Be a Volvo owner with 5 easy steps for customers who want to purchase the Volvo car via LINE My Shop:

  • 1) Choose a special offer for favorite Volvo models
  • 2) Select car model, color (interior and exterior)
  • 3) Choose a Volvo car dealer branch for money transfer
  • 4) Confirm payment
  • 5) The booking confirmation will be sent to the Volvo car dealer for further processing.
