Volvo Car Thailand Volvo Cars (Thailand) Limited, led by Managing Director Chris Wailes and Marketing Director Jean-David Harel, recently held a Product Training Workshop and customer share-out at Wearnes Volvo Huamark, in order to show Volvo drivers and passengers tips for maximizing their enjoyment of every moment spent in a Volvo, and get their valued feedback.

The informative session further emphasized the company’s position as a “Safety Innovation Leader” and outlined in detail key safety functions in Volvo cars like the City Safety System, Volvo’s unique technology for avoiding low-speed collisions in city traffic; Intellisafe City Safety System, which detects a pedestrian, cyclist, vehicle or large animal, and applies emergency braking; and Oncoming Lane Mitigation which helps drivers to avoid collisions with vehicles in an oncoming lane. These key safety features are designed to provide the driver with automatic steering or support when required to help avoid potential collisions, and well reflects Volvo’s ambition to tackle real-life traffic situations when developing solutions aimed at preventing accidents and helping to make sure that every journey goes as smoothly as possible.

Customers shared their Volvo experiences in a forum with company executives to ensure that future products continue to prioritize customer satisfaction. Volvo takes pride in its events designed to make sure its cars are put to best use with features fully appreciated, and let Volvo owners learn how to make their future interactions all the more meaningful.
