Volvo Car (Thailand) strategically partners with its official dealers nationwide to offer an exclusive “Volvo Personal Service (VPS)” with a commitment to offering best-in-class services and a customer experience that goes beyond expectations.


The concept of VPS has been created to make life easier and satisfy the needs of all Volvo owners in Thailand with the focus on an unparalleled Customer Experience at the centre of everything we do. In today’s world, there are many choices available to new car buyers and owners, however there is always one thing that Volvo always adheres to: ‘an excellent customer experience’.


Differentiated from the conventional maintenance service offered by other brands, Volvo’s VPS provides a Personal Service Technician (PST) for each customer’s car to ensure faster and more personalised services for all clients. Technicians in our Multi-Skilled Teams offer an all-in-one service with direct contact with the client to keep them updated on the progress of their maintenance, resulting in a higher standard of service and customer satisfaction.

  • 1. Your own personal technician who’ll take care of everything to do with the car—from booking appointments via phone or e-mail, to carrying out the service.
  • 2. Make the best use of your time While you’re waiting for you car, you’re welcome to use our Living Room. A comfortable lounge with free Wi-Fi, refreshments, and magazines—everything you need to help make the best use of your time. And before you know it, your car will be serviced, washed, and ready to get back out on the road.
  • 3. The VPS offers a new approach that’s faster and more efficient. Our 2 expert technicians work in teams with no disturbance, so they can provide a faster and better maintenance service experience for customers.
  • 4. VPS’s operations are centred around efficient teamwork, where technical teams can utilize their experience to ensure continuous improvement.
