Road sign information (RSIRoad Sign Information) includes subfunctions that can warn the driver if a speed limit has been exceeded or in connection with speed camerasInformation on speed cameras on the navigation map is not available for all markets/areas..

The function is available in certain markets.

Warning for speed limit

The speed warning is given by the driver display symbolRoad signs are customised for each market – the one shown here is just an example. flashing when the speed limit is exceeded by 5 km/h(3 mph).

The warning is repeated once after approx. 30 seconds if the speed has not been reduced.

New warnings will then be given if the speed has been reduced within 5 km/h(3 mph) of the speed limit. A new warning may also be given if the car drives into another speed limit area.

A speed warning is always given if the speed limit is exceeded in connection with speed camera information.Information on speed cameras on the navigation map is not available for all markets/areas.
