Warning for speed limitation and speed camera from road sign information*

Road sign information (RSI1) includes subfunctions that can warn the driver if a speed limit has been exceeded or in connection with speed cameras2.

The function is available in certain markets.

The speed warning is given by the driver display symbol3 flashing when the speed limit is exceeded by 5 km/h(3 mph).

The warning is repeated once after approx. 30 seconds if the speed has not been reduced.

New warnings will then be given if the speed has been reduced within 5 km/h(3 mph) of the speed limit. A new warning may also be given if the car drives into another speed limit area.

A speed warning is always given if the speed limit is exceeded in connection with speed camera information.2
