V40 Cross Country
Hill Descent Control (HDC)
HDC is a low speed function with enhanced engine braking. The function makes it possible to increase or reduce the car's speed on steep downhill gradients using only the accelerator pedal, without using the foot brake.
Adjustable steering force*
Speed related power steering causes the steering wheel force to increase with the speed of the car in order to give the driver enhanced sensitivity.
The function of the radar sensor is to detect cars or larger vehicles in the same direction, in the same lane.
