Sensus Connected Touch and Connected Navigation

With Sensus Connected Touch you have the option to add Connected Navigation, a service that gives you online navigation.

Connected Navigation

Sensus Connected Touch can be installed with or without Connected Navigation. The system can also be upgraded with Connected Navigation afterwards.

Premium traffic information

When you activate Connected Navigation for the first time, you also have access to premium traffic information. The service is included for five years from when you have activated Connected Navigation.

Connected traffic information

Connected Navigation does not need an Internet connection to work, but an Internet connection is required to receive traffic information. This also applies to the Maps app.

Sensus Navigation/RTI

If you already have RTI when installing Sensus Connected Touch then both systems work independently. The RTI system does not change and will not be linked together with Sensus Connected Touch.

One of the advantages with Sensus Connected Touch with Connected Navigation is that it is possible to search in the browser or other applications for destinations and then insert the location to the Connected Navigation.

  • V40 from and including model year 2013 to and including 2014.

  • S60 and V60 from and including model year 2011 to and including 2014.

  • XC60 from and including model year 2011 to and including 2014Model year 2011 applies only to cars manufactured after week 46..

  • V70, XC70 and S80 from and including model year 2012 to and including 2014.

  • It is possible to install Sensus Connected Touch for model year 2014 and later, but not to cars equipped with Sensus Connect.

  • The range of models, systems and services may vary depending on market.
