Sign-up for the Factory Delivery Experience in Sweden

We are happy that your customer has chosen to sign-up for the Volvo Cars Factory Delivery Experience. We will do our utmost to ensure that your customer has a unique Volvo experience that includes picking up their new car, and a range of other activities designed to help them explore the Volvo Cars brand and discover the natural beauty and charm of Sweden.

Below you will find a list of the process steps that you will need to go through with your customer:

Package Information (what’s included):

The package includes flights, one night accommodation at Clarion Post Hotel for two persons, VIP transportation, a VIP car delivery experience including the Volvo Cars Experience: Factory Tour, Volvo Museum and Swedish Lunch.

Open days

The Factory Delivery Experience is open Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.
During summertime (11th July - 16th August) the Factory Tour is not available. During those weeks your customer will visit the Volvo Cars Brand Experience Center instead.

Tour Language

All of our guided tours are in English.

Booking process

1. Coordinate the date for the Factory Delivery Experience by following the link below.

2. You will receive an answer from Factory Delivery Experience (FDE) confirming the date proposed or offering an alternative date.

3. As soon as the date has been confirmed, our agency partner FUEL will contact your client to coordinate the flight and hotel details.
