Using CarPlay

Instructions
Voice control using Siri must be activated in your phone before using CarPlay. Activate Siri by selecting Settings > General > Siri in your phone. The phone also needs an Internet connection via Wi-Fi or mobile network.
Connect your iPhone to the USB input. If you have multiple USB inputs, use the one with a white frame around the input.
Read the information in the pop-up message and tap on OK.
Open the centre display's application view (Navigate in the centre display) in the car. Select the icon for Apple CarPlay.

Read the terms and conditions and tap on Accept in order to connect.
The tile with CarPlay is opened and compatible apps are shown.
Your iPhone shows the text ”CarPlay”.
The mobile phone is mirrored in the centre display and in the driver display. The apps shown in the tile can be controlled both from the car's centre display and from the mobile phone.
CarPlay is run in the background if another app is started in the same subview. To show CarPlay in the tile again - tap on the CarPlay icon in the app view.
A maximum of 20 Apple devices can be stored in the list of previously connected devices. When the list is full and a new device is connected, the oldest device is deleted.
Internet connection when using CarPlay
If you have a mobile phone connected to the car via Bluetooth, the connection will be closed when you start CarPlay. To connect the car to the Internet while you are using CarPlay, use Wi-Fi. For more information, see Apple® CarPlay®.
