Update On Covid-19 Situation
With the current extension of the Movement Control Order (MCO), all of Volvo Car Malaysia’s authorised dealerships will extend suspension of business operations until further notice.
During these difficult times, we will honor all customers whose service interval has exceeded the requirements (mileage, warranty date, running hours, service appointment, etc.) during enforcement of the MCO. A grace period of 2 months until 15th July 2020 will be extended to all customers. We also recommend you to make a service appointment with your preferred dealer once the MCO has been lifted.
We are trying our best to accommodate our valuable customers therefore the breach of service will not be applied during this period. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. Take care and #StayAtHome.
