Volvo On Call offers useful controls of your Volvo and enables emergency assistance wherever you are. Volvo On Call is also your entry point to a growing range of services that will make your life a little bit easier.

Emergency assistance

If you and your Volvo ever need roadside assistance, Volvo On Call will be there to support - even if you cannot call for help - no matter where you are

Roadside assistance

Push the Volvo On Call button or use your mobile app to speak to an operator, who can dispatch assistance to your GPS location.

Emergency support

Press the SOS button, located in the overhead console, whenever there’s an emergency to get help right away.

Automatic collision alert

When a collision is detected, your Volvo alerts a trained operator to contact the vehicle and send emergency service.

Theft alert

Volvo On Call is alerted if there is a suspicious entry into your car. If it’s stolen, we’ll use your car’s GPS to find or immobilize it.

How to get it

Add Volvo On Call to your new Volvo purchase for £125 + VAT lasting for three years. You will be able to renew your subscription for one or two years.

If you own a Volvo of model year 2012 or later it could be possible to add Volvo On Call. Contact your dealer to get more information.

Subscription renewal, 1 Year Subscription from £35 + VAT or 2 Year Subscription from £55 + VAT.
