Volvo On Call (VOC)*

Using Volvo On Call

Updated 7/23/2018

The Volvo On Call (VOC) system is controlled using buttons in the ceiling or the options in the menu source.

In the event of an accident where airbags in the car are deployed, the car automatically contacts the VOC Service Centre. The contact can also be triggered by the activation of belt tensioners. The VOC Service Centre ensures that the right help is sent to your location.

An active service is shown by a symbol in the screen.
