Covid 19 Update

Your safety is our number one priority.

We are prepared and ready to help.

We're here for you.

'Care for People' is at the heart of Volvo's purpose - providing freedom to move in a personal, sustainable and safe way. Never in modern history has caring for the people around us been more critical, and 'freedom to move' been more relevant.

Volvo's global response to the COVID-19 pandemic will continue to put people first, within the restrictions Governments around the world are now implementing to slow the spread of the virus.

Volvo is open for business.

With Alert Level 2 effective from Thursday 14th May 2020, all Volvo showrooms and authorised service centres are now fully operational.

Our priority continues to be the health and wellbeing of our customers, our teams, and the wider community – so things may look a little different as we follow strict Government guidelines. These include social distancing, limited numbers within a dealership at one time, facilitation of stringent hygiene practices, and contact tracing for all team members and customers.

If you'd prefer not to visit us in person, that's fine. Contactless options for both sales and service are available by appointment, with the ability to pick-up and drop-off at your convenience. Please check your local dealership's website via our dealer locator and get in touch with them directly to discuss how they can help.

Speaking of help, 24-hour Volvo Roadside Assistance remains in place for eligible vehicles. If you require this service, just call 0800 731 073 and the team will arrange the necessary support.

Once again, Volvo Car New Zealand and our nationwide dealer network look forward to welcoming you.
